Special Features of the SA 6:
- Through a worldwide unique, patented method the Fully Automatic Sharpener SA 6 grinds (in contrast to a half-automatic machine or a hand machine) the incisor and the depth gauge in one working cycle (2 grinding motors!!!).
- The tripartide scanner head scans precisely, if the tooth is left or right. According to that the grinding head is being aligned. Many different teeth can be detected like that without any difficulty.
- Missing teeth are being detected; in case, the machine turns off, because of safety reasons.
- The grinding head of the depth gauge can be turned on seperately.
- The fine adjustment of both grinding processes can be done during running wheels!
- One operation for all grinding processes (minimal set-up time, long running time).
- Fully automatic, absolutely precise grinding without any surveillance.
- Chains of 1/4" to .404 as well as "big chains" (chipper chains, sratcher, etc.) can be grinded too.
- Precise chain guidance und -clamping.
- Clamping device for all chain lengths.
